On the 10th and 11th of June 2009 we presented another edition of this year's Workshops. Our presentation was focused on DRS, the performance of the application with real data, the second generation of multimedia stores and CRM systems in the retail industry. In total there were 50 firms, we would like to thank them all for their participation and we’re looking forward to see them in our next workshop.
